Hey Readers,

This week, in honor of National Child Abuse Prevention Month, I want to take some time to talk about ACE scores and how to overcome childhood trauma with resilience.

Please note: this post will discuss adverse childhood experiences and may be distressing and triggering for those who have experienced trauma related to this subject. Reader discretion is advised.
