Hey Readers!
Happy Thanksgiving!
Today, I’m pausing to reflect on all the incredible stories, ideas, and connections we’ve shared this year. I’m beyond grateful for you—the vibrant, thoughtful community that makes A Busy Lady a joy to create.
Thanksgiving is the perfect moment to practice gratitude, and one of my favorite ways to do this is through journaling. If you’re looking for a quiet way to connect with the meaning of the season, try answering one (or all!) of these Thanksgiving-themed prompts:
Thanksgiving Gratitude Prompts
What is one person you’re especially thankful for this year, and why?
Recall a moment this year that brought you unexpected joy.
Name three simple things you appreciate about your life right now.
Who is someone you’d like to thank today?
What is a challenge you faced this year that helped you grow?
Journaling is a beautiful way to capture the little things that often go unnoticed but mean the most. Whether you share your reflections with loved ones or keep them just for yourself, I hope these prompts help remind you of all your blessings!
Here’s to a season of gratitude and inspiration!
XOXO,
Sarah

P.S. Here are some things I’ve been loving:
1. Movies: Here – starring Tom Hanks and Robin Wright. A gorgeous story about the lives we live and the history of the space we live it in. Get your tissues for this one!
2. Music: Christmas music, what else? Here’s a play list of my favorites!
3. Books: Meditations for Mortals by Oliver Burkeman. It’s so good.
4. Writing: I’m working on my next novel! Learn more at my website.
5. Other Book News: I’ve got more events lined up, and planning for next year! I love meeting readers and can’t wait to see you at my next event! Also, incase you missed the recent rave book review on KPL Lit Talks, here’s the link to check it out!
